Welcome to Yoga Six, conveniently located in Liberty Station, Point Loma. Y6 offers six different class types from hot and powerful to slow and mindful. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner, there’s a class tailored just for you.

The Y6 Hot Sequence and Sculpt classes are my absolute favorite! The studio has a spa, serene setting, and always very clean. They carry top notch yoga gear like Lululemon and Beyond Yoga apparel. If you are on the go like me, they provide mat and towel rentals along with full shower facilities to ensure you can seamlessly incorporate your yoga practice into your daily routine.
